I really wanted to try this place because I haven't yet.. but I waited 5 to 10 mins an never got a waitress over to take my order. we waited and realized, oh they're doing a birthday surprise that's where all the waitresses are. but we sat around for another 10 mins and still no one came or even looked in our direction. Very sad I've heard great things about this place but sadly the chili's across the street got our business instead.

I ordered by phone and came 45 minutes later when it was supposed to be ready. pulled up, paid, and waited 30 min patiently. finally, someone asks me my name then brings my food 5 mins later. nobody cared or even apologized for the wait. food was cool when I got home 5 minutes later. to top it off, I tried using my birthday coupon for dessert they sent me and they had no desserts and wouldn't compensate with a different side or anything else. said to come back next week. sorry treatment of a good customer. ill be going to an... read more
