We ordered to-go via the website at 1:00pm this afternoon for 5:45pm delivery. Door Dash notified us that our order had been assigned to them around 5:00. When our Dasher arrived to pick up our food at 5:30, she was told that it would be over an hour wait. I tried to call the restaurant and kept getting disconnected. (The Dasher later told us they had completely stopped answering the phones.) Unfortunately our Father’s Day dinner plans fell through due to the weather. My husband decided he wanted to order Famous Dave’s instead so we placed an online order around 6:45 PM. Our confirmation email arrived and said that the food would be ready at 7:18. My husband showed up at that time and was told that the food was actually going to take an hour and a half. Slow service is an understatement!! My brother in law order last night for a pick up order for today at 5pm. When he arrived he said they acted they had zero clue about any online order. We have been waiting for over 2 hours now for our food! I understand it is a holiday (Father’s Day) in the middle of a pandemic but really?!?! Two hours and we are still waiting!!! Don’t give this place your business. Customer service is awful, staff was rude and they think it’s okay to not fulfill orders because they are busier than normal. If you take an order several hours before pick up time and take payment then that is a commitment. Keep your commitments

pre-ordered 2 days ago, went to pick up the order and told 2 hours behind. no calls or text, nothing to tell people. VERY POOR SERVICE. We ordered to Go for Father’s Day to be picked up at 5:15 and over an hour later it is still not ready . Very unorganized
