it was such great food when they first opened with friendly customer service. Each time I've gone both the food quality and customer service is worse.

Waiting on a line in a parking lot a quarter mile away from the restaurant, for a pickup scheduled for 6:00. If you are going to be this late, you should 1) let your customers know 2) stop taking orders for pickup 3) stop taking payment in advance. Either my food hasn’t been cooked yet or it’s going to sit for an hour while I wait in my car on Fathers Day.
I expected service to be a little slower than normal on Father's Day, especially combined with the effects of COVID-19 but the service I received today at this location was unacceptable for anyone. I should have known that after not being able to get thru after multiple phone calls, that it would be a bad idea to order from here. On my 5th call, I finally got thru and was on hold for nearly 10 minutes before being able to give my order. I was told my food would be ready in 45 min. They could start by being able to get my takeout order right for once and not make me wait extended periods of time for wrong orders. The service is pretty terrible for takeout and delivery orders. They still have done nothing to rectify two wrong orders in a row. Take your business elsewhere if you value your time and money.
