We had dinner and the food was really good and so was the service. However, the manager was beyond unprofessional. We heard him yelling at two members of the staff. I was shocked to hear him berating and demeaning them. We asked our server to speak with him to give her a good review and were told he told her he was to busy to talk to us. We were shocked to find out he was the general manager.
My husband and I spent a hour a half here tonight. When we arrived we were told the wait would be about 25 minutes. Once we were seated we did not receive menus, and our drink order was taken but then we did not get our drinks for 10 minutes. Then did not have anyone come and take our order for another 20 minutes. What a joke, I didn’t even get my food till everybody at my table was done eating. When my food did get there the order was completely wrong. My server was great and had a good attitude, he blamed the kitchen for missing then messing up the order.
Great service, great food! Miss the one in Simi Valley
Supposed to be 2 meat combo with 7 meats got there and found out this one is only 1 meat plate with 5 items to choose from and only choose 1 of three crappy sides. Thanks for standing up for us veterans.....
The macaroni and cheese was cold no flavor the ribs were dry the soda was warm and only the fries were hot
