Everything is perfect love this place
Not good rib tips burnt and lousy service
The ribtips all u can eat was very hard burt dry and tuff fries wad cold
was out Celebrating my husband BIRTHDAY and we ordered two of the 39.00 platters. The waiter brought the Feast out instead. Well when the bill came we stated to him it was incorrect. The Manager came over which was veey rude, would listened and through the food away. Explaining to the manager was impossible he was very rude and poorly represented Famous Dave as a Manager of this location. I will never return again this waiter and manger ruined our birthday celebration.
Great service, delicious ribs and brisket, and really good collard greens (of course you’ve got to be able to appreciate collard greens 😊). Also, we are doing a keto diet and were happy to see broccoli as an available side.
I visited the orland Park location this evening and it was a great experience . Shouts out to the young lady Illianna whom help myself and my brother with our carryout order . It’s hard these days to get great service and sometimes it goes unspoken ,so instead of people always recognizing the faults , how bout we praise the pleasant moments ! Shouts out to you Illianna !
