I’ll never go to this location again first visit food was cold and it was freezing in the restaurant ok so I call in I get a 20 credit I go back for dinner they game me burnt ribs then had the nerve to tell me that they look burned if u can clearly see that why would u serve that to a customer I get a call from corporate saying the manager would contact me I get a stale email saying he was new to the store and that he would address the situation never can I invite u and your family for free dinner discount free water nothing... read more

worse service ever! table of 4 got here at 2:40p. placed our order. after 35 mins, they brought out 3 meals. 2 was correct one was wrong. it's an hr later and they still have not brought the missing food or corrected the other order. management act like they are ignoring or scared to come over....Cant come back with service like this
Literally just walked out of this place minutes ago. Went to try some barbecue and have a few beers. After waiting 40 minutes, watching the table behind us and next to us get their drinks and get checked on twice, we were overlooked. The waitress walked past us a few times and never acknowledged us. We decided to leave without ordering. The manager did thank us for coming as we were walking out though. That was nice. 🙄.
