I’ve got food from here plenty of times and it’s been good. My wife ordered takeout lunch for me today and ordered the BBQ chicken platter. They gave the chicken sandwich instead. The female working the counter saw the order was wrong. My wife said she could hear her arguing with the cook. They gave her what they said was the correct order, which instead was still the sandwich with the top toast removed. Still the meat and cheese and bottom toast of the sandwich. I’ve ordered from Famous Dave’s plenty of times but the last two times I’ve received some of the worst customer service and from the manager at that, I called to inform them on my incorrect order, they asked me to bring the food back and I did. When I got there they asked me what’s wrong, I said the order was wrong, no apology or anything but then asked did I eat any of it, the manager comes and she asked what I wanted like I was inconveniencing her. My husband and I took our kids this afternoon, and my sons burgers was pretty pink in the middle. I showed our waitress Jocelyn, and she agreed that it was very pink. She apologized and offered to get him a new one immediately, which we were very grateful for. Soon the manager came and apologized as well. He also took my sons meal off the bill, gave the kids free dessert, and $10 coupons for the next time we come!
