Hi! I am very disappointed in Famous Dave’s! I placed two orders online. (One for my husband and I and one for my parents). Ours was supposed to be ready at 6:28 and theirs at 6:31. We arrive there at 6:30 and my husband went in and he was told they ran out of pulled pork (for loaded baked potato) so they were going to substitute brisket. Finally our food was brought out to us at 6:48!!! No apology for the wait or anything! We get home and my husband (has ordered 2 meat combo was missing the whole second meat! I’ve missed Famous Dave’s BBQ.
I spent over $150 on food and ordered two cheese curds $10 each this is what $20 of cheese curds is. Then when ordering online it was all messed up. Everything I entered was not in my order. The things I picked ?? I made the choices yet didn’t get those items.
Had a great experience...got there early....but food was great.
2 of 3 meat combo were ice cold. catfish was luke warm. boo

Famous Dave, is my favorite restaurant in Rockford, Illinois. Rockford has the best of the best rib tips they are so moist and tender. They are finger looking good. I also goes to Oswego, Illinois, they rib tip are very dry like bones. So every time I go to Oswego they tips are bad. I wont go there no more. The manager are so nice and they give you good quality. So, Rockford I give you 5stars and Oswego give you no stars. Please feel free to call me 815-593-2790
