We waited 45 minutes for our food, when we only ordered an appetizer and three sides (that I assume would be in a warmer, so they shouldn't take long to serve). We got sodas when we first sat down and they weren't refilled once during our hour visit. Not once did someone stop to apologize for the wait or anything of that sort.
