Every time I go there I always get good customer service the food is also off the hook ....
Our food was very cold and the waitress was horrible I will not recommend this place to eat at
What a horrible experience! We waited 1.5 hr for our food and our food was served cold! Brisket was so cold, you could see the grease caked on the meat. I didn't realize cold broccoli was the norm! The waitress didn't even come by to offer a water refill. Instead, she continued to blame the poor service on the kitchen crew. I would not step foot in the Fresno location again.
The service was too slow and when we got our food it was cold we only had 10 minutes to eat before we had to go back to work we were there an hour then my receipt was overcharged I won't be back
It was delicious. Good service and a nice family ambient. Highly recommended.
Great food... bad service. Asking for things multiple times to different people... my rasberry ice tea came back not a rasberry ice tea as a refill not once but twice.
Food is always great the only set back is the wait, we were a big party so it's understandable maybe they need to expand its super busy on the weekends. But the food was outstanding like always worth the wait. Servers were very attentive
I had the catfish...so tender & yummy ...I will certainly order it again! The service was great too!
GET the FEAST!!!! Delicious! It Fed 6 people and still took some home!
