Scam company! Worst company I have ever dealt with! I called Famous Appliance Service to fix my oven that stopped working last December. The technician showed up and told me he knew exactly what was wrong with it and that he needed to order parts. Two months later I call to find out what's going on with the part that was ordered and they ask me if I would like it installed the next day (meaning they had it sitting there for two months and didn't call me). We have used Famous Appliance Services for years! They have serviced all of our appliances, fridges, washer and dryer. Taylor is polite, efficient and a pro at what he does! We made our appointment at 7 am in the morning, and he was here by 11 am. We've NEVER had a bad experience with Famous Appliance Service and will continue to use them in the future!
