I've been seeing a therapist at Family Works Therapy for a year now. They have always been very professional and wonderful to deal with. On two occasions they have have made arrangements to see me that day as I was having difficult issues. I highly recommend them.
Not professional at all. We lost our therapist very suddenly. Received a call about it was told someone would be in contact. I received a text message from another therapist telling me we were on a wait-list. Not sure why another therapist is doing the calling when it should be the receptionist or the manager of the facility. Than when you call for an update you didn't receive a call back you will receive a text message. I'm also writing this review 7 months after being told we were put on this so called wait-list.
