The staff and also my therapist Kourtney have been great. Dr. Purewal however, seems to not care about me as a patient or a human being. He accidentally sent a prescription I have never heard of to my pharmacy. I don’t think it was the pharmacy’s mistake because it was a controlled substance and those need prior authorization, etc. When I brought it to his attention, he just shrugged his shoulders. I have mixed feelings about FamilyLinks. So here's just my honest thoughts. I've been going to FamilyLinks for a little over 2 years. And they just switched me to my fourth Theripist. In my opinion it's kind of ridiculous to have that high of a turnover in such a short period of time. Switching from therapist to therapist makes it next to impossible to build any kind of long-term connection. It feels like as soon as I get to know the therapist & they have any understanding of me at all they end up leaving Family Links so it'... read more
