This place has a policy where you have to see your therapist I think 3 times before they let you see a psychiatrist there. By the time you do that and finally get an appointment with a psychiatrist, it’s close to 2 months. I’ve never been to any clinic anywhere that has such a policy and I’ve lived in 3 states. The staff and also my therapist Kourtney have been great. Dr. Purewal however, seems to not care about me as a patient or a human being. He accidentally sent a prescription I have never heard of to my pharmacy. I don’t think it was the pharmacy’s mistake because it was a controlled substance and those need prior authorization, etc. When I brought it to his attention, he just shrugged his shoulders.
