Very unprofessional. Was referred to Dr. Martin through military onesource for couples counseling. Military life, transitions and the pandemic put some strain on our marriage and we wanted to get some tools to help cope with conflict more effectively. Our first appointment, we called and confirmed our appointment with him only to show up and have him seem surprised to see us. None of the phone numbers on his site, nor the number that comes up on google, work. I had his whole form filled out, just wanted to call ahead before submitting. All dead lines, didn't even ring. Decided against seeing someone who's office I can't even reach.
Amazing therapy! Really got the help I needed. Dr Martin was very professional and kind. He explained everything in detail . Highly recommended!
My wife and I went to around 6 counseling appointments with Walter . We went once a week for a hour each week and Walter never helped us out he actually gave my wife the worst advice possible after 6 sessions he basically recommended we divorce. Be careful with this counselor
