I loveeeee this place like seriously my children does as well. We’ve been patients since 2022 the NP IS LITERALLY THEE BEST… she even helped me on a personal problem and I really appreciated that. My children love her🩷and so do I

Ngwanma Nwokoro (CRNP) has zero respect for patients’ time. The office claims to open at 9 a.m., but the doctor doesn’t show up until 10 a.m. or later, while the staff is already there waiting. Clearly, everyone else’s time means nothing here. This is not a one-time issue—it happens over and over. I was specifically told to come at 10 a.m. because the doctor was “leaving at noon.” By 10:15 a.m., the doctor still hadn’t arrived, and there was no explanation, apology, or accountability.
