They do there best and I have had to wait but they care about there patience
I did not know doors opened at 7:30 . Go to check in explain to Marisela how my appointment said a different time than what the doctor told me to come in at … she told me “I’m checking in the order y’all signed in” 2 people who signed in after me got checked in before me! I asked her why was that? She said their appointments were before mine … but if it’s in order that you’re getting checked in why did It matter the times? I know at my regular doctor at the Houston street location they check you in the order you sign in
Because of the poor choices of this clinic I lost my baby girl. They were careless and they were only worried about how I was gonna pay. She had an ER follow up and I couldn't come up with a way to pay they didn't see her she die and hr later.
