Well-equipped fitness center that includes a running/walking track, swimming pool, hot tub, racquet ball courts and more. Staffed with helpful and friendly employees who enhance the workout experience. A variety of fitness classes offered as well. Highly recommend!
Family wellness was the first gym I started going to when I move to Fargo left and still came back it's the people that make the work out even better
Staff aren't knowledgable. No sign up sheets for some sports/ rooms.
