I think it is a great place to workout!!!! Staff is very friendly.
I love the vast array of machines and workout options. I love the walking track that is all windows. And I love the classes and instructors (Lisa, Carolyn, Val, Cathy). Family Wellness is like family. Everyone always looks so happy. I love it!

Excellent, inspiring place. I took the Gold-n-fit class and Silver Cycle classes this week. Loved them both!
Nice place. Well organized and clean. Lots of cardio machines and fitness equipment. Went there tonight at 5pm. Parking lot was packed but there was still room to work out. Well thought out fitness center. Highly recommend.
Awesome place! Tons of equipment and very clean! So glad I was able to find this as an alternative to crappy planet fitness.
