Very personable and VERY knowledgable he will be my family's optometrist forever.
They are awful about calling back clients. My insurance is year to year. I called on September 26 to make an appointment and was told they hadn't sent out reminder cards yet... The receptionist is not organized. If you are someone who values your time I'd recommend seeing an eye doctor who is more organized.
Dr.Bagg had given both of my kids eye exams and helped when our son needed reading glasses! He is a super guy with a wonderful way of explaining what is going on in a helpful way while identifying with all ages. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of a knowledgeable eye doctor!
