Dr C is the best! He's an expert at fitting scleral lenses and works until he gets the best possible lens for your eye.
My wife and I had our first appointment today, and it was, hands down, the best Dr. visit of any kind that we have ever been to! All of the staff members are super kind, attentive, and genuinely care. We love all of the Dr.’s! The team provided one of the best customer service experiences I have ever seen...so I can confidently say this was the first visit of many to follow. We’ve been going to Family Visions Solutions ever since we moved to Houston almost 15 years ago, (when it was known as Ebling Eye Care in Bellaire, TX). Dr. Karen Ebling is especially courteous and thorough, always providing exceptional care and will patiently answer any/all questions about eye care, surgical procedures, etc. Great front office staff as well!
Dr. Randy Charrier and his staff were amazing. The gathering of information from the different exams preformed allowed me to a make an informed decision when I ordered my glasses. Everyone made me feel like an old friend at my very first visit. Thank you.
The doctors are not only exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable, but they sincerely care about their patients. They don’t make you feel rushed and they take the time to thoroughly explain things and answer any questions. The rest of the staff is also very friendly, and they always coffee and freshly baked cookies in the reception area.
Dr. Karen Ebling is an excellent Optometrist. My wife and I having been seeing her for many years. Highly recommended.
