RecommendedMy experience exceeded all of my expectations!! Dr. Boston Perkins and the staff are extremely friendly. All employees were kind, patient, and willing to help with any questions/concerns. My wife and I are incredibly happy that we have found our permanent eye doctor.
Very rude and unfriendly staff. Elderly lady at front desk rolled her eyes on me when I told younger staff that my insurance number was my USAA number, following with her telling younger staff that this can't be the case. My appointment got cancelled when they're unable to find a authorizations number. I called my insurance and immediately got a authorizations number. I have never experienced such bad costumer service. Do not go there if you want to be treated professionally!!!

Amazing ALL around!! Staff was professional and put me at ease AND informed me along the way !! Loved Melissa and Dr. Peterson! Dr. Peterson has the best bed side manner and educated me better than any eye physician. Everyone needs to make Family Vision their place for eye Care. Amazing.
