Dr. Robert Head has been my optometrist for years, I moved away for a few years and the other eye doctor I went to missed that I have cataracts in both eyes even after I told him about my vision issues! I moved back to Lawton and saw Dr Head and he listened to me and thoroughly performed the proper testing and found the issue and thoroughly explained the diagnosis and my options. The staff has always been friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend this place to everyone. We need more doctors like this.
Very professional staff. Appointments are easy to make,and the doctors are great.
So my uncle (who I care for) had an appt here. We have been here over an hour and MULTIPLE people have come in and been seen AFTER we've arrived. I asked at the front desk what was going on and was told because he has an appt through social security they book appts the same time as his. Seriously? Either way they are getting paid!
Professional and fast service is what I experience each time I come! In was in and out in less than 30 min. Exam and fitting!
So I went to pick up my daughter's frames because she accidently broke them. The lady broke the new pair. Ok it happens. Then she said she would have to order them again and I could get them faster if I PAID to get them faster. Why would I have to pay if she broke them. She then said 'well she broke them' meaning my daughter who is 6 years old. I'm pretty disappointed with the way she tried to put it off on my 6 year old child and how it wasnt a priority to fix the issue. We will be finding a new place.
Thanks Dr. Bob and team. I kept thing I was going to be juggling several pairs of glasses to meet my needs: computer, reading, tv, and regular! Wow, what a difference. Miracles do happen! Why did I wait so long?
Dr. Kyle Head is great! Always have lots of laughs when I see him. Hate that it costs me $200 but that's my insurances fault. ��
