I Absolutely love this place. I've never had a more friendlier, positive experience with an eye doctor than I do when I have the opportunity to interact with Dr. Pam and her amazing staff! Keep up the great level of service you provide to your patients!
Poor service. I had quite a bad eye infection and couldn't be seen till next week. I've been a patient there for at least 5 years. Not anymore.

Melanie, it is my understanding that when you walked in, we offered to see you right then. You stated you were unable to stay at that time. We then offered a 2:30 appointment time, which was our latest available appointment today. You were unable to come back. You needed an appointment after 5pm. Those appointments book up very quickly but you were told that you could come in but, as we were already booked, there would be a wait.
