RecommendedDr. Rupnow is fantastic- she is very thorough- easy to talk to- takes time to answer all my questions- my 10 year old son loves to talk..she is patient and kind. We are always greeted with smiles by all the staff- AND they have the MOST FABULOUS frames !!! Finding the perfect pair is so fun! Recently Garrett help me pick out 2 pairs. he showed me several frames that fit my eyes and personality, it did not take long to decide! I highly recommend Family Vision Clinic!
FVC is very friendly and welcoming even with all the restrictions we have now. I received a very thorough exam and consultation. Garrett was wonderful helping me pick out new glasses that fit my style. I highly recommend Family Vision Clinic!
So there is some positive and some negative in this review. Let's start with the positive, the front staff is really nice. They have tried hard to work with our family through COVID and our special needs. I feel like they really do care about the kids. But my kids have unique needs and this is where we struggled with the clinic. When we made the appointment I noted that I had special needs children and would need to be present for exams, eyewear purchases, and that stuff.
