I literally called right now to make an appointment and the girl who answered replies “ummm uhhh can I call you back? My coworker wants me to help her with something and we didn’t expect you to call.” HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! May I get a copy of my records so I can go somewhere else ?!
I've been going to Dr. Ko for a number of years and love her and her staff. Today for the first time I took my 5 year old son and she was awesome with him. I highly recommend her.
