It was easy to make an appointment for an eye exam over the phone, the front desk staff was kind and helpful, and Dr. Dunn was very knowledgeable. They saw me promptly, at my appointment time (Not a guarantee anymore most places!), and have a wide variety of options in their frames department.
Every one here was great with my daughter, the exam was very thorough and they even helped me get vision insurance to cover the costs. Highly recommend!
I had a wonderful experience! All staff members were very helpful and kind. I didn’t feel rushed like I have at previous appointments elsewhere. I have only had one appointment and I know I will be returning for my future appointments!
Excellent service for my eye exam and picking out new glasses. Melody was great with her suggestions on the style and shape of the glasses. Picked up my glasses 10 days later. Melody was great making sure they were adjusted correctly. Excellent customer service. .
