Had an excellent eye health exam by Dr Dunn. Finally had answers and a plan. Front desk was welcoming and friendly as a first time patient.
Came into Family Vision Center in January 2025. My experience was remarkable! Was greeted by Rebecca Brindley, Optical Assistant. She was personable and navigated me through my eye exam with comfort. After I met with the doctor, Rebecca stayed with me and helped me select glasses fitting for me. Rebecca has the excellence and skill-set to become an Ophthalmologist in her own right. Looking forward to my next visit and will certainly share with friends/family. Ask for Rebecca, she really is the best!
I hadn’t gotten my eyes checked in many years and was a bit nervous since I wasn’t sure what to say or do, but the staff were incredibly kind and supportive. They answered all my questions and concerns right away, and the examination was the most thorough I’ve ever experienced. I felt really reassured knowing that both the staff and doctors knew exactly what they were doing. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comprehensive eye exam. Thank you for the excellent care!
