Very dissatisfied with service here and best I could get was a refund and a manager telling me they won't charge me a restocking fee. They told me for four weeks my sunglasses would be in any day now and finally was fed up with the lack of empathy and help

I had been going to the same eye care place for 20 years. I tried Family vision center once and I will never go back to my old Eye doctor. They were extremely efficient but still were personable. The Optomap is incredible. It was so nice to be able to leave my eye exam and be able to drive because my eyes did not have to be dilated. They even took my Gundersen Insurance.
