My husband and I have went here for the last few years for our eye care. We have always had excellent care and service from the doctors, opticians and employees. Now, with Covid-19 going around, they have upped the level of care even more. We had appointments yesterday and were pleased to see everyone wearing masks, that we were asked to wear masked and that they were taking every and all pre-cautions to safeguard us and them from transmission of germs. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them as eye care professionals!
Great staff, great Doctors, first class customer experience. You cannot afford to put your eye care in anyone else's hands.
I was so impressed with my 1st appointment at the Family Vision Center. I had been having headaches for a few months, had my eyes examined my the same provider I've had for years! However, they did not pick up I needed bifocals. AND did not need my eyes dilated for the exam! With my bifocals,. really helped my headaches! Thank you Family Vision Center!!
was told it would be just a few minute wait, ended up being 20 minutes. whatever would have been nice to be told that instead of waiting for a"few minutes" the girls up front were rude and not professional or friendly at all. the one lady rolled her eyes at me and gave me a dirty look and was mad when I spoke up about her behavior. thankfully the guy that helped us in the actual eye part was nice and friendly. will NOT be back. never been so disrespected in my life.

I was seen in 2 hours for an eye infection. Not only the timeleness but the Healthcare was appreciated.
