After my cataract surgery I went to the Rockledge office to see what my insurance covered for my new glasses. The first time I went (7-15-2019) the staff was very helpful, however the next time I went on 7-19-2019 the staff could not find my information (which I had given to Mary/Marie)and didnt seem to know their jobs.
