I asked these guys to put new lenses in some frames I own. They called me up a few weeks later and told me they had accidentally broken my frames and weren't responsible for them. Sorry they said, you'll have to buy new frames. Not even store credit? Nope. Absolutely terrible customer service. Go somewhere else that'll treat you more like a human being. Very nice facility and staff was very friendly,would definitely refer them to people I know...
Ordered costa prescription sunglasses. Took about a month. Meanwhile, no one called to tell us...oh we didn't have this or that. All the "little things " we found out about were because we called and called . Drove back (45 miles) when order came in. Apparently now it was either entered in wrong, sent wrong... Wrong wrong wrong. When will this inconvenience end?
