I’ve generally had great service at the family video in shelbyville, until today. I don’t live close to the store so whenever I go in I rent 8 to 12 movies and generally have great service from the staff, being that I rent so many movies at once I don’t really pay attention to what’s one night versus five nights and the staff always separates them for me at the register, and if I decide I don’t want a movie or two it’s no biggie they take what I don’t want I pay and leave.
