We have been here 8 years. Best staff ever. Great service starts at the front desk and continues throughout the facility. They are family to us! Caring, gentle, firm (when needed), loving, compassionate and very KNOWLEDGEABLE! We love Miss Terri, Miss Stacey, Miss Gail, Miss Wendi, Miss Jodi and Miss Nicole. It's not just a business...they truly care about our kids.

After being told my insurance was accepted and my copay was $25, they continue to bill me over $175 for the first and last meeting. I say last because they should stick to their word of running insurance before seeing a client just like any other mental health place does and stick to their word that I’d be charged $25. Brains is still only charging me $25. They sent in the wrong codes and told me it’s not their job to fix it.

Business response:

Hi Heather. We apologize for any confusion with regard to billing. Due to our contracts with insurance companies, we are legally required to collect any charges that are applied toward a deductible. We would be happy to walk you through this process again if you desire. We have also uploaded our FAQ sheet regarding billing insurance. We wish you and your family happiness and success.

When my little guy Wyatt started at Family Tree Therapies he was 2 years old. We were struggling with his speech, motor skills, his actions and emotions. He is now almost 4 years old and thriving daily. His Occupational Therapist Kristen and his Speech Therapist Stacy are two of the greatest teachers we’ve had thus far. They both have helped me as a mother communicate with him in the appropriate ways to help him feel comfortable with his thoughts, his actions and his emotions. When we started he wasn’t able to speak full sen... read more

Family Tree Therapies is amazing. The occupational and speech therapists who work there are equipped with the expertise and tools to make meaningful, positive changes in the lives of the children they work - which translates into positive outcomes for that child's whole family. We brought our daughter who has Down Syndrome there when she was just 6 weeks old and have been there ever since. She's made tremendous strides because of the work and dedication of Family Tree therapists.

I was referred to Family Tree Therapies by my pediatrician’s office for my newborn sons nursing delay. Upon arriving the receptionist was very kind, helpful and welcoming! Then we met with the OT, Jess. She was PHENOMENAL!!!
