I called them twice. and no one called back,I guess they don't need the money
I wouldn't even give Bob and his "family" one star if it could be helped. He wrote us out a very competitive bid, put us on his calendar and the evening before he was to come do the job he calls to let us know he's had an accident and can't make it. Not a big deal, given his job description, I'm sure this happens. the draw back is that our job is extensive and we had to move all items off of two patios and the front yard. Bob's been trimming my mulberry trees for years now, wouldn't have anyone else do it. Reasonable prices,.
They came out and gave us a quote and time when they would show up to do the work and no showed. Called again and gave us a apology and a new time. No show... On the third no show, I called and said I'll go elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and call someone more professional.
