My family had a terrible experience with this "caregiving" company. We were forced to use them due to my father have difficulty adjusting at his new memory care with his advanced dementia diagnosis, as this facility offered no other options. Because it was "short notice", this company planned charged us $43/hr for the mandatory 24 hrs x 7 days ($7224), more than the cost of the month at the facility. We have been using family tree to help take care of my mom for years. We have been blown away by the compassion and thoughtfulness of the caregivers. During the snow storm the caregivers still showed up to take care of my mom. She was scared and overwhelmed and the caregiver supporter her beyond our expectations.
