Decided to try Family Tree after having a frustrating experience elsewhere. I was offered a new patient appointment with Dr. Beery the same week! She and her staff are very personable, thorough with their intake and exam and they listen attentively. I also like that they will work you in for an appointment instead of sending you to urgent care.
Dr. Beery and her intern listened, referred or diagnosed and took the time to really look at my medical needs. The online new patient paperwork option was helpful, and my first visit went well. I can update later when I have more interactions, but would recommend giving them a try at Family Tree.
After being released from the hospital from MRSA in my spinal cord and suffering from Brachial palsy it took six months to be seen. Then my very first visit I let an intern in so Dr. Beery lets the intern do my weakness check and doesn’t even check the interns work. Even though I am suffering from pain and couldn’t go to work she wouldn’t put me on temporary disability. So I could do more physical therapy. If you have a condition do not go here you will not get the help you need.
Hands down one of the worse experiences with a primary doctor. Agston does not have a bed side manner, does notseem to care for patients. Better to go to urgent care or er because atleast they seem to care and want to look into the issue at hand. Agston attitude for care is to make you feel less important.
