From a dental standpoint, the place isn't bad. I liked the other workers they had at the front desk and in the back, but it's still decent. As for billing, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Before every procedure, they ask that you pay the amount up front. I had a plan of several things to do, so I received a potential bill for each service and just paid that amount when I would show up for the service. Highly unprofessional. Had a cleaning in November and was scheduled for my next cleaning in March. Went on date of scheduled appt and was told by receptionist "we haven't worked on Fridays for a month." No one thought to look at their schedule to see if there were patients scheduled on Fridays. No one had the common sense that perhaps patients were already booked and thus needed to call them and reschedule. Also did not appreciate the dumb look from the receptionist as if it was my fault. Will never go again.
