Courtney is amazing!! I had my hair colored by a lady at a different salon and it turned out terrible. It was a balayage gone terribly wrong. I was so upset. I went to Courtney to get it fixed and she didn’t let me down! She’s truly so talented and very much worth your time and money! She’s also the sweetest person ever! :)
They do good work but their customer service when it comes to setting up appointments is lacking, everytime I call to set up an appointment they say they will give me call back once somebody arrives and I never get that call back. I even left a voicemail after not getting a response twice and never got a call back.
Bobbie Jo has been my hair expert for about 15 years. She is easy to contact for scheduling and quick to get me in. She has done cut and color in my hair from short styles to longer with and without bangs. She always does just what I ask her to do. And her layers really flip! She’s also helped my 17 yr old son with thick curly hair to look sharp. And she’s affordable!! Several stylists work with her at Family Traditions.
