My wife and I purchased a 2020 4Runner 4wd today and the thing that set Family Toyota apart from all other Toyota dealerships was Danny Tran and Michael Pham...These two were attentive, detail oriented and customer service driven. We started out on used vehicles but they were able to give us better prices on a new vehicle. They weren't pushy and answered my question without being dodgy like the other dealers...These two sold us on using Family Toyota today and in the future...

Family Toyota of Arlington was one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. Everyone was very helpful and fast. Usually have to sit at a dealer forever but they all knew their job and everyone worked so efficiently that I was in and out in record time. Will never shop at another dealership ever.
