I love my new tires and the staff took great care of car and made the process painless and easy! They make great recommendations and are friendly and helpful!
Super service. I sold my old truck with tires I had bought from Family Tire. My new (used) truck has big knobby tires on it and needed rotated and balanced. They could have charged me full price. Instead they gave me a great deal knowing I would buy my next tires from them. Many times in the past I had come to them for flat repair and they never charged me. That’s how they got my business. Not to mention they are super nice people.

This place was wonderful! I needed a new tire put on our car. When I pulled up, it started raining hard. So I called and told the woman who answered the phone that it was raining and that I had 2 small kids in the car so I wanted to make sure I parked in the right spot first before having to get the kids in and out. She actually came out and drove us around to the back so that none of us had to get out. They were all super nice and they put the tire on super quick while we all stayed in the car.
Had a really good experience! Randomly stopped by to get a tire repaired and when the job was complete; Chris Vecchiarelli's (Assistant Manager) invoice was a hand shake and he said come back and see me when you need tires! Thank you Chris and Family Tire Pros!
Great service had a flat tire that they fixed at no charge, let me bring the car back after I put the tire on to make sure the lug nuts were on tight and checked the alignment for free. Also when pricing out tires just in case the tire wasn't repairable they had the best pricing. Thanks you've earned my business!
