A couple weeks ago I had the scare of a lifetime. I was driving and my front tire on drivers side was knocking. I was in Greeley. I stopped at a tire store there and they were awesome, saved my life. I was missing two lug bolts on my tire and the rest were hand loose. They called everywhere in the aea for replacements no one had any. I got home to windsor and called an auto suppy store they said they could order some but it would be 39.00. I went to family tire and they replaced the bolts for free. Good place great people, my spot for tires and other car solutions.
I can’t begin to tell you how awesome these people are. I needed to have my brakes fixed, and they quoted me a price much lower than the ‘other guys’, but more importantly, they were smooth and efficient. As s female, I often worry about being taken advantage of, but no fear with this organization. I have since gone back and had my oil changed and my windshield fixed. I HIGHLY recommend this business, particularly all women out there. I promise you, you won’t be taken advantage of. These are really, really good people!
This last Saturday, my wife had a flat tire in Windsor. She was towed to Family Tire. On a very busy afternoon, Mark V. Was able to fit her in. The tech, Jason, was concerned about damage. Unfortunately they did not have the right size, but got the spare on, and we were on our way! Very professional and personable. I would recommend them.

Great and caring staff cannot even begin to say enough about how great they are!! Came in to buy one tire and ended up finding out an issue with the set I purchased 3 months ago from another store..( manufacturing defect) not only did they go out of the way to call the company but they also took care of my vehicle as well. Needless to say I’ll be bringing all my business to them! Thank you family tire of Windsor!!!
