This is a very prejudicial testing service. If they observe even a single sign of "normalcy" - such as direct eye contact or socialized behavior - they refuse a more insightful, experienced diagnosis. I had been searching to get a 2nd backup diagnoses for my son because of my childs original diagnosis given during covid “virtually” was “not valid enough” for services and benefits. The clinician here made my job and childs life 1000000x harder by deeming him as “not meeting the criteria” for ASD which is absolutely ridiculous seeing as he has exhibited these behaviors and “criteria” almost his entire 6yrs of life. Going in circles for a year trying to recieve a diagnosis for my son. First it's done, now it's not done, then there's one more thing to fill out, and a few more weeks to wait, then it's done again, then it's not and needs to be edited and reviewed. Was told our doctors been sick so we've been forgotten. Sad.

Overall experience was find but I did still leave not feeling like I don’t know what my son diagnose is for sure but would recommend the services to other families
