I am currently seeking speech therapy services and don't understand why no one at this clinic can answer the phone or call me back. It's extremely unprofessional.
Went today for the first time, and what an amazing experience. Beth was very kind, welcoming, knowledgeable, and super helpful with all the information, next steps, and recommendations. She took the time to listen to what I had to say, was very patient, and answered all of my questions. With her help and guidance, I feel very confident to have a great, smooth recovery from surgery. Can't wait for my next visit next week. The receptionist was also super friendly, polite, and professional. Thank you for an amazing experience.
Beth is such a knowledgeable and passionate SLP. This shows in her interactions with all her patients! I have had the pleasure of watching her work with adults, nicu infants and now my own son! Highly recommend the clinic for feeding, speech and language needs!
