The Logan office. They are incredibly hard to work with when it comes to insurance. They accept my insurance, but have so many restrictions to it, it’s been a nightmare to work with. My insurance approved me for everything I needed and it was family solutions that could not make it work due to their in house policies. I don’t have issues with the company in general.. I’ve got beef with the billing department. My copay is 99.74 per session. But once looking at my bank account I had two transactions higher than what I should’ve been charged…. I called Monday of this wk to get answers, nothing it’s now Friday and still no answers. In fact the times called I was cut off…. This isn’t the right way to run a business.. Do better Another Day Therapy

Brandi is professional and attentive which is important to me. She was also on time for our live session which I really appreciated. I felt comfortable talking to her despite feeling nervous at first. Lastly our conversations are productive and helpful. I look forward to working with her for the next few weeks.
