Very good experience. Took proper precautions for covid pandemic. Repaired cavity in good amount of time. Everyone was courteous and helpful
Had a new hygienist this recent visit, definitely more gentle than the last, overall the staff is friendly and take the proper precautions for covid. It was an in and out appointment!

Today’s appointment went well I still believe that you folks have a problem with handicap accessibility in this building. my dad is 93 years old and really struggle to get up those steps to get in for his appointment yesterday and it was much harder when he left with me to hold him while he was walking down the steps

We appreciate the feedback, John, and understand your concern. We are able to accommodate handicapped patients at our Littlestown office much easier. OR you are welcome to use our front entrance of the Hanover office (park on Broadway). There is a handicapped ramp there. Hopefully these are solutions to the problem!
Everything was first class. We were checked in effortlessly. Gail and I were each met at the car by a dental hygienist, who took us to our respective rooms for our examinations and cleanings. The staff is competent, amicable, and very efficient. If there are any deficiencies, I was certainly unable to see them. This is a hands down, five star practice.

The staff is always very nice and helpful. I usually have an early morning appointment and it is a nice start to the day to be around such a wonderful staff even during these trying times

I had my first visit since the pandemic started. They greeted me in the parking lot, took my temperature and asked a few questions. I was led directly to the exam room. I felt very safe having my checkup.
