Smiles that Work is the best dentistry to go to. Iv'e been going to Dr. Willoughby for 35 years and I have never had a bad experience. Dr. Willoughby and his staff have always providing excellent service and I would recommend to anyone to try his dentistry.
This office is all about Customer Service and to me, that is very important. Office staff was efficient and friendly as well as the hygienist, hygienist"s assistant and the Physician. I actually felt like my teeth were clean when I left there. Also, they used my x-rays from another physician's office and didn't force me to get new x-rays. I am very happy with the customer service I recieve. Everyone here treats me like an important person and not just a patient. Erin is very knowledgeable in what she does and always gives me great advice about my teeth. Very happy with Smiles That Work.

Unhappy with the quality of care from my previous dentist, I realized I needed to find a different dentist. I chose Dr. Willoughby / Smiles That Work because of proximity to my home and good reviews.
