Always a great experience.
My visit was difficult because I had strained my back just two hours before my appointment. Dr. Willoughby's staff made my visit as comfortable as they could. I didn't want to postpone my appointment because I had already had my mind set on going. I'm glad I went because hygienist informed me about getting a sonic electric toothbrush when you get a fluoride treatment in the month of May.
My dental hygienist, Erin Hroch moved to this office and she is fantastic! I followed her from the old office. I have above average dental anxiety. My blood pressure shoots up the moment I set foot in a dental office. Erin is very thorough, she explains everything she is doing in a cleaning and that is important because I have sensitive teeth. I practice excellent oral hygiene because the thought of a shot and dental work makes me extremely nervous. I recently had to have a 17 year old crown replaced. Knowing my fear of need... read more
Great staff
Dr. Willoghby and his staff are truly excellent in every way.
My dental work is not completed yet, so far I am extremely please with how I have been treated by his entire staff and have full confidence in Dr Willoughby. I have always been afraid of going to the dentist but I have no fear of going to Dr Willoughby.

Dr. Willoughby and his staff are amazing. Erin was having a tough day due to being short staffed but handled it like a champ! She did a wonderful job with my teeth cleaning and appreciated Dr Willoughby examining my teeth and following up with any concerns I had.
Service with the usual smiles. Wonderful efficiency and attention to dental details make visits to Dr. Willoughby's a very pleasant experience.
