Horrible location, very unprofessional and there's ALWAYS a different dentist. You will have more problems with your teeth if you go here. They start and take months to handle dental procedures. I will NEVER go here again nor recommend anyone here.
Train the ppl, all of them! This is worst place to go for any kind of dental work. THE WORST
RecommendedVery kind dentists and great staff, the Manager is a very nice young lady who helped my Grandfather with his treatment adjustments ($).
I've been going here for a few years now. Always waited at least an hour after my appointment was scheduled to even be pulled back into a room. Today was the 2nd time I was there for over 3 hours just for a filling. I waited in the room, with no one checking in for a hour and a half. The dentist didn't even start any work until 3 hours after I sat down. Not to mention I had to go BACK to them less than 6 months after a filling because it started to fall apart already... after only a few months! Not wasting my time anymore.
I kept calling trying to get through for an appt and they blocked my number... real professional, my tooth hurts dude... wth.
This place is the worst. I had a tooth pulled and I was going to get a new partial made. The dentist I saw said it was fine and ended up pulling 2 teeth. Well sometime before I had my follow up appointment for an impression she left the practice. I had a different dentist that flat out refused to make me a new partial. Mind you I’ve been walking around with missing teeth on top so eating is very hard. He told me to go somewhere else. What a rude man. When you see a post of a worker there giving someone the bird and yes there is a photo is so unprofessional. I don't care how angry a customer makes you its just words deal with it or get a new job but being that unprofessional for the world to see is not okay.
Since I'm unable to get the issue resolved am just gone tell everyone about the poor, rude and unprofessional service I received, I was checked in given the x-rays and the device they used caused more pain!! After all that they said its a problem with my insurance and they are unable to help me. I asked for a prescription for antibiotic or pain pills and was told no, then was told I need to call the provider of my insurance and figure out my own problem, and if im in such pain i need to go to the ER!?
