My dental procedure was done efficiently with great concern for my comfort. Greatly appreciated how well Dr. Cha and his assistant, Aubrey, worked together!
As usual everyone was pleasant professional & fun to be around.
There was a mistake in scheduling; Julie and Sandy did everything they could to squeeze me in anyway. As always, everyone is fully professional.
I am always seen quickly (on time) and everyone is very friendly and accommodating.
My temporary crown came off and they were able to fit me in at the last moment and corrected the problem .
Polite, professional, they know me by name when I walk in and have for many years. I would not consider going anywhere else.

They honor your appointment time.The entire staff from the front desk personnel to the dentists and hygienist are friendly, and whether doing a dental procedure, or filing an Insurance claim they always make sure that you have an understanding of the process .When our dentist of 20 yr's retired we chose The Family Smile Center and have been very happy that we did.
