They are honest and very helpful! I’ve purchased all my machines from them and never felt pressured. They are always willing to answer my questions and have helped me out in “emergency “ situations!
They are wonderful people had a problem today talked with Candy and Kelly and then Larry fixed the problem without bringing it in. I thank them so much. It was a god send to have my machine running again. It was a simple fix but a headache for me. Thank you guys again..

A wonderful group to deal with. They were very helpful and patient with this "newbie" trying to choose a sewing machine. I've been for my first free lesson and it was very helpful. I am so pleased I purchased my machine from Family Sewing.
My first experience with this company was a couple years ago when I bought a used juki from someone out of state & received it via mail broken. I called them & they help me over the phone. I have since sent 2 more machines to them via JoAnn's fabric. One I left & requested how to get in touch with me since I was going to be out of town during repair they did. Their customer service is amazing. Differently recommend their services!!
I brought my serger in and they said they'd call with an estimate. A week later I called them to ask for the estimate. They said they'd callback. No call. I called back the next day to ask about the estimate and they said it had been repaired already and I could pick it up and pay. This happened WITHOUT MY APPROVAL. My husband picked up the machine because I was very upset. When he brought it home, I realized that they hadn't sent him back with my pedal. It was too late and they were closed for the weekend.
