the amount of times I have called to speak to someone in the HR department is ridiculous and it just screams unprofessional. I have been calling for 2 weeks even left a voicemail and nobody has returned my call. I am so sad that we have been transportation clients for years and have donated to Family Services as well. We were displaced by the flooding on June 14th and 15th of 2025. We had reached out to Ron the director of transportation for our transportation needs while we were staying at a hotel at the Highlands and that we were not sure if we were eligible for transportation needs to doctor's appointments and to access groceries for ourselves not knowing when we would find another place to live or move to and his response was no... read more
